In alignment with the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of positioning India as the Skill Capital of the World, Ramco Steels Pvt Ltd. has introduced the National Apprentice Promotion Scheme (NAPS) to nurture talent from marginalized communities, with a special focus on empowering women.

A comprehensive training framework has been designed wherein apprentices undergo specialized learning under expert guidance. The duration of training ranges from 6 to 12 months, depending on the competencies required. This structured approach ensures that candidates are well-prepared for future roles within Ramco Steels.
