We are committed to creating a workplace for our employees that is inclusive, healthy, and engaging. We provide daily transportation and canteen facilities to ensure convenience and comfort. Regular health checkups are organized to promote employee well-being and preventive care. We conduct inter-plant competitions and poster-making competitions that encourage collaboration, friendly rivalry, and a shared sense of purpose.

We also organize regular electronic waste awareness campaigns, to engage our employees in environmental responsibility and promote a culture of sustainability.
