Ramco Steels has recently commissioned a new forging press line of 2500 Ton capacity ( Make Smeral ) to cater to growing demand from our existing customers for bigger automotive forgings varying from 4.5 kgs to 12.5 kgs. With a 600 KW induction billet heater, this line can generate 20 MT / day of closed die forgings for automotive and other industrial applications.

The parts to be forged are run through a simulation software to validate the die design & toolings and also optimise the process parameters for best results.
