On this occasion, Mr. Kuldeep Bhati, Plant Head, addressed the employees and highlighted the importance of women in industry and nation building. He emphasized the need for equal rights, respect, and women empowerment, acknowledging their vital role in organizational growth and social development. Dr. Akash Tanwar, Head HR, along with his team, was also present during the celebration.

The celebration included cake cutting and distribution of sweets among employees. A special song performance by female employees added joy and warmth to the event, making the occasion memorable.

The program concluded with appreciation for the dedication, hard work, and achievements of women employees who continue to inspire everyone through their commitment and excellence.

This health camp was organized across all Ramco plants at Faridabad from 12.12.25 through 27.01.26 to provide free health check-ups, consultations and medicines to all employees aiming to improve community health, raise awareness on preventive care and address immediate medical needs.
