Robotic Welding capability at Ramco

Ramco has two Yaskawa 6-axis Robotic units with reach up to 2 meters, equipped with controller AR 2010 and 4 single-axis servo-controlled positioners designed to enhance flexibility for MIG/MAG welding. These Yaskawa “Motoman” robots are synchronised with advanced Fronius TPS 500i power source for producing sound weld joints of high quality.

The company is certified to global welding quality management systems according to ISO 3834-2 and DIN EN 15085-2 CL1 covering parent materials carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloys and welding processes MAG and TIG.
